1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vemgram ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and manufacturers who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Vemgram is a B2B directory platform connecting Indian manufacturers with retailers and buyers. The Platform provides business listing, discovery, and contact information services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

4. Manufacturer Listings

Manufacturers who list their businesses on the Platform agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Vemgram reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or contains misleading information. Listings must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without consent; interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Vemgram and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Manufacturers retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Vemgram a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vemgram provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of manufacturer listings or the quality of any products or services listed. Vemgram shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
